Keeping us alive in any given situation, our breath is one of the most powerful automatic functions in our bodies. I’m proud to offer a variety of breath work services to clients across Denver, CO and surrounding areas to help support them in full-body healing.
We can consciously alter or change the breath to support the nervous system’s capacity to release and recover from acute and prolonged stress.

Transformative Breath Work
Journey into larger, more prominent clearings
An activating three-part breath as a dynamic, working meditation that excites the parasympathetic nervous system in a safe, contained space to fully feel and release.

This process is deep mind-body experience that increases blood flow, releases stress hormones stored in muscles, and brings about altered states of consciousness by moving through your ego and into feelings of love, compassion, and sincerity to connect to your internal nature and inner power.
Length: 75 minutes, Cost: $110
• 15 minute intake and introduction
• 45 minutes of intensive and calming breathwork segments. (Two rounds of 15 minute intensive breathwork segments, with two 5 minute breaks, and one round of breathing holds to bring you back to your body).

This session can be booked as needed or bi-weekly for three months in a six session package.
The package is beneficial to you if you are working through transforming a theme in your life. Breathwork is a complimentary tool to further transform trauma, stored energy in the body, or moving through identities and embodiment.
Calming Guided Breath Work
Soften and empower the parasympathetic response
This is a slow and relaxing, mindfulness-based breathing meditation that improves parasympathetic nervous system function and your relationship to your breath.

This process creates cohesiveness between the breath and the body. It supports the release of mental chatter and brings awareness to visceral and energetic movements in your body. Erin reads your body’s tension and energy and then guides your breathing to unlock and restore these spaces.
